Caracas, Venezuela (Foods question)?

Hey so I'm doing a project on Caracas and it is recommended that we make a dish from out assigned city for our class. So I was wondering if there are any traditional dishes from Caracas I could make that wouldn't require much time (or reheating or anything like that), and would also be something a class of teenagers would enjoy.
