Is this considered an alley opp?

My friends dumb boyfriend and herself are arguing on whether this play in tonight's game was considered an alley oop. Dirk shoots for a 3 and misses, it bounces off the rim and Tyson Chandler swoops in and dunks it. Her boyfriend seems to think this is an alley oop. I disagree. So is it?
