1st question- I don't do doggie birthdays. 2nd question- Yes I agree. 3rd question- your gonna have to kick yourself in the butt and take him on walks but when you do since you live in a hot climate make sure you take plenty of water for you and your dog because he can become very sick if he gets over heated. 4th question- contact your local AKC and see if they can help you find one. 5th question- Talk to your vet they will tell u what he needs. 6th question- the tuffy toy and hide treats in the house
