What if i download the call of duty map packs for ps3?

hey guys, my father does'nt have a credit card because he had one but it was hacked. and where i am living there are no psn codes so i tried to download one of these map pack. but i am afraid if i will be caught or some stuff like that. so tell me if i will be caught. and yess answer fast
