Do Jewish circumcisions by Mohels hurt? And is it true the baby is SUPPOSED to suffer for the ritual?

I read some Jewish c*nt saying he was supposed to feel "some of pain the mother when through during childbirth". Shouldn't this b*tch be in prison?
