Where can I find an orthopedic surgen to give me a shot in my back in ontario?

I live in the niagra region, My doc does,nt seem to know where they give shots in the spin, go figure, lol, does anyone know of a place close to my area, need info asap.Then I can inform my doc for future patience as well, so far no one in niagra region as far as they know, please help, thanks in advance.
