You can always steam the food , thats the safest way i know rather than putting it in Microwave oven and Oven . I've seen my mum done this . She always has a big wok and a "metal tripod stander" ( i dont know what its called but its used to hold the food in a plate you want to reheat ) She would boil the water first then later put the plate of food into the steamning wok and make sure to cover it with the lid.
