Room temperature entree?

I am throwing a wedding for 50 people. We are having a sandwich station.. We are trying to come up with other room temperature entrees. We already have thought of a bunch of sides, like different salads, I.e. pasta, potato, bean.. But we would like to come up with one or two more entrees so there is more choices.. There is no way to reheat things.. Any ideas would be great! Thanks
