Reheating noodles from takeaway?

We brought plain noodles last night and we couldn't eat all of them so I reheated them today. I did it for 1.20 seconds and steam was coming out the top. Only problem is once I got to the bottom they were really cold. Did I undercooked it and will I food poisoning. Btw the noodles had no meat in it etc and I had heated them so much they went dry
