O_O could this nt be herpes?

So I had unprotected sex about 3 weeks ago, I was scared shitless I couldve got herpes. I ended up getting my period and when I got it a pimple like thing appeared. I know I shouldve got it checked out but I popped it and it went away. I shaved the day we had sex, its been really hot, and im hoping it couldve been something else..i also applied vaseline and lotion there few days before it appeared.
