IS VIT BETTER THAN IP UNIVERSITY?

SO here it is..... i' ve got a call from both the institutes.........i'll be taking ECE as my course.......so vit is in vellore...... but ip is in delhi, a metropolitan city..... as tere'll be a lot of courses available for my further studies..... as i plan to do MBA after b.tech.....but.........nt really sure where to join........and yah is ece better than cse for jobs abroad.........'ll be really grateful.......pls help........
