Is this bad of me?? Answer please?

I'm moving today and im kinda happy because i get to go to a state with better climate and more fun. I love cities and right now i live in the country. I havnt seen my best friend in like 2 weeks because we got into a fight we made up now but i havnt seen her. She claims she really wants to see me and shes angry shes nt i understand but if she really wanted to see me shouldnt she come over? i don't drive and my parents wont take me so. Is it wrong for me to post im happy im moving on facebook and does she have a right to be angry at me?
