Is frozen brown rice ok to reheat to eat?

it should be fine as long as you heat it up fully. you have to make sure its well cooked but it should be fine. i've never been sick from reheated frozen rice so you should be fine. umm the 2nd part, i'm not sure about it is probably ok so long as you wait until the rice is cool before you freeze it! xx
