How do i get my mare to trust me?

My mare Does'nt trust me and she runs away from me if she see's me coming. I would just love her to just come running up to the fence like the others sometimes do, and she pulls away as i am taking the halter off and the yanks away and canters off witch is really dangeris because sometimes i havent finished taking it off and she yanks and drags me:-(
