Chicken is supposed to be reheated at 165 degrees right?

well i pulled it out, and then like 2 or 3 minutes later i checked the temp. it read 160 degrees. I ate it anyways cause it was still cooked hot. Well I be okay, well i get food poisoing? I know i shouldnt be worried but i get scared easy.
