Can I eat a Panda Express meal that sat on the counter at room tempature for 12 hours?

I went straight to sleep after work and my gf bought me a panda meal and left it on the counter. I woke up this morning hungry for some panda. Is it safe to reheat and eat? Btw, It was Chow mein with Double orange chicken.
