Affordable Wedding Venue in AZ?

I am looking for a place to have my wedding and reception. I want to decorate it myself and do my own food and drinks i just need a nice place to have it at. Im getting married in the summer so it needs to be an inside place so its cool around mesa gilbert or chandler. thanks for your help!
